YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the Board of Barbering and Cosmetology will conduct a hearing in accordance with Hawaii Revised Statutes (HRS) Chapters 91 and 439 to determine whether or not your cosmetologists license should be revoked or suspended, or whether other disciplinary action should be taken against you. The Petition alleges violations of Hawaii Revised Statutes Chapters 436B and 439.
The hearing will be conducted on May 30, 2007, at 9:00 a.m. in the Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs Hearings Room on the 1st Floor of the King Kalakaua Building, 335 Merchant Street, Honolulu, Hawaii.
