NOTICE TO BIDDERS

BID FORMS for IFB No. 07-103, with Drawings, Perimeter Chain Link Fencing – Lower Campus, Leeward Community College, will be available from and received in the OFFICE OF PROCUREMENT AND REAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT (OPRPM), UNIVERSITY OF HAWAII, 1400 LOWER CAMPUS ROAD, ROOM 15, HONOLULU, HAWAII 96822.

Written notice of intention to bid is due in OPRPM by 4:30 p.m., April 9, 2007. Intention to bid via FAX (808) 956-2093 is acceptable.

Requests for Substitution/Clarification must be submitted to the Technical Representative, Doug Hill, FAX (808) 453-6728, no later than 4:00 p.m., April 5, 2007.

Bids must be submitted no later than 2:30 p.m., April 19, 2007.

Bids received after the due time and date fixed above will not be considered.

The project shall in general consist of installing the perimeter chain link fencing behind the lower campus (approximately 1150 LF by 6 feet high) and related work to complete the project as called for in the technical specifications.

To be eligible to bid, bidders must possess a valid State of Hawaii contractor\u2019s C-32 license. BIDS FROM CONTRACTORS NOT LICENSED IN THE STATE OF HAWAII WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
