AMENDMENT TO NOTICE TO BIDDERS

The receiving of sealed tenders for a five-year concession agreement for the operation of a Sixth Non-Exclusive Rent-A-Car Concession at Honolulu International Airport, scheduled for 2:00 p.m. on March 29, 2007, at the office of the Department of Transportation, Airports Division, Inter-Island Terminal Building, 400 Rodgers Boulevard, Suite 700, Honolulu International Airport, Honolulu, Hawaii 96819-1880, is hereby postponed until 2:00 p.m. on April 19, 2007, at which time and placed they will be publicly opened and read.

The deadline for filing of the Qualification Questionnaire and Notice of Intention to Bid by bidders set for 4:00 p.m. on March 19, 2007, is also hereby postponed until 4:00 p.m. on April 9, 2007.

In all other respects, the Notice to Bidders on the above-referenced concession advertised on February 5, 6, and 7, 2007, remains in effect.
