NOTICE OF MEETINGS
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG),
HOME INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIPS (HOME),
EMERGENCY SHELTER GRANTS (ESG) AND HOUSING OPPORTUNITIES FOR PERSONS WITH AIDS (HOPWA) PROGRAMS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that two meetings will be held by the City and County of Honolulu (City) for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME), Emergency Shelter Grants (ESG), and Housing Opportunities for Persons With Aids (HOPWA) Programs. The meetings will provide interested persons with the opportunity to submit statements and supporting testimony on the City’s Draft Thirteenth (13th ) Year Action Plan. Copies of the Proposed Thirteenth (13th ) Year Action Plan are available for public review at the Municipal Reference Library, City Hall Annex, 558 South King Street, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813, or on the City\u2019s website at: http://www.honolulu.gov/budget/cdbg.htm.

Persons wishing to testify or submit written testimony can register or submit written testimony at http://www.honolulu.gov/council/emailbud.htm

The meetings will be held as follows:
