Notice to Bidders
Sealed tenders will be due by and opened at 2:00 pm March 14, 2007, in the office of Kukuiula Development Company (Hawaii), LLC at the Waste Water Treatment Plant on McBryde Cane Haul Road, Koloa, Hawaii for Poipu Road Roundabout. The scope of work includes grading, erosion control, sewer mains, storm drain piping with drain inlets, water mains, underground electrical, telephone, CATV, AC paving, concrete paving, landscape irrigation and planting, signage and pavement markings. Notice of Intent to Bid form and Standard Questionnaire are both due prior to bid due date. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. February 28, 2007 at the above office location.
