NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of a public hearing to be held by the Department of Planning and Permitting of the City and County of Honolulu under Chapter 21, Revised Ordinances of Honolulu, as amended, for the following application at the date and the time specified or soon thereafter:

PROPOSAL: To construct two (2) six-story multi-family buildings with a total of 116 units. The buildings will be above two (2) levels of parking. Building A has 32 dwellings and Building B has 84 dwellings. Typical one-bedroom and two-bedroom units range in size from 690 to 1,120 square feet. Open space and park dedication requirements are to be met on-site with private landscaped areas and outdoor recreation facilities (including a swimming pool).

Fasi Municipal Building, 650 South King Street, and are available to the public for inspection during office hours, 7:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. All interested persons are invited to attend. Those persons desiring to testify may register prior to the public hearing at the public hearing site and are encouraged to submit one copy of their testimony in writing.
Attendance at the public hearing is not necessary to submit testimony. Written testimony which is received by the Department of Planning and Permitting at the above address prior to the public hearing will be considered in the evaluation of the request.
