Provides assistance to the Hawaii District Health Officer in the development of a statewide comprehensive public health response plan to acts of biological terrorism, which includes general management and environmental surety, with particular emphasis on developing plans for the County of Hawaii.
Req. graduation from an accredited college or university. A Masters degree in planning, public health or related field, and drivers license preferred. Requires ability to travel.
