Community input is welcome to identify significant environmental issues to be analyzed in the preparation of a Draft Environmental Impact Statement for the University of Hawaii Institute for Astronomy proposed Panoramic Survey Telescope And Rapid Response System (Pan-STARRS) telescope replacement project atop Mauna Kea with alternative site at Haleakala.
