CERTIFICATION OF NON-COMPETITION

HEALTH ASSESSMENT IN KAKAAKO,
WAIANAE AND KALAELOA

The Hawaii State Department of Health has requested the assistance of the Hawaii Air National Guard to provide medical assistance under the Innovative Readiness Training program. The medical services are provided at no cost to the requesting organization, and without the assistance of the Hawaii Air National Guard, the Hawaii State Department of Health would be unable to complete this project. Any organization or individual interested in conducting the listed medical services or having objections to the Hawaii Air National Guard provision of services can submit comments to:
