UH IFA PAN-STARRS PUBLIC SCOPING MEETINGS

Community input is welcome to identify significant environmental issues to be analyzed in the preparation of a Draft Environmental Impact Statement for the University of Hawaii Institute for Astronomy proposed Panoramic Survey Telescope And Rapid Response System (Pan-STARRS) telescope replacement project atop Mauna Kea with alternative site at Haleakala. Doors open at 5:30 pm. Public comments welcome at 6:00 pm. Light pupu and drinks to be served.
