The COUNCIL OF THE CITY AND COUNTY OF HONOLULU at its meeting held on December 13, 2006, passed the following bills on Second Reading by the following votes:
Bill 55 (2006) Zone Change at Heeia-Kaneohe- Maunawili The purpose of this bill is to rezone land situated at Heeia-Kaneohe-Maunawili, from P-2 General Preservation District to R-7.5 Residential District with a 25-foot height limit, TMK: 4-6-029:091. (Applicant: Kamehameha Schools)

Bill 84 (2006), CD1 Zone Change at Pupukea and Paumalu The purpose of this bill is to (1) rezone land situated at Pupukea and Paumalu in the district of Ko`olau Loa, North Shore, from Country District, P-2 General Preservation District and R-5 Residential District to AG-2 General Agricultural District, TMK: 5-9-5: Portion 38 and 82 and 5-9-6:1, 18 and Portion 24, and (2) release the conditions in the Unilateral Agreement incorporated in Ordinance 95-19, the 1995 upzoning of the land. (Applicant: Department of Design and Construction, City and County of Honolulu)
