Notice: Change of meeting date, time and location for Certificate of Need application #06-23 for standard review from AccuImaging Kapahulu, LLC, for the establishment of Computed Tomography (CT) and Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) services, 1029 Kapahulu Avenue, Honolulu, Hawaii, at a capital cost of $7,070,927.

The date, time and location of the application review for the Oahu-wide Certificate of Need Review Committee has been changed to December 14, 2006 at 9:00 a.m. at 1177 Alakea Street, Room 401, Honolulu, Hawaii.

Certificate applications are reviewed according to the following criteria: relation to the state health services and facilities plan, need and accessibility, quality, cost and finances, relation to the existing health care system, and availability of resources.

Please write to the Agency if you wish to present testimony at 1177 Alakea Street, Room 402, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813.
