The following Ordinance passed Final Reading at the meeting held by the Council of the City and County of Honolulu on October 25, 2006 and was subsequently approved by the Mayor:

Ordinance 06-45 [Bill 61 (2006), CD1] – A Bill for an Ordinance relating to the leasing of property acquired by eminent domain proceedings.
