NOTICE TO BIDDERS

SEALED TENDERS will be received up to and publicly opened at 10:30 a.m. December 18, 2006, in the Office of the Division of Purchasing, Department of Budget and Fiscal Services, City Hall, City and County of Honolulu, for the Food Concession at the Waikiki Beach Center, for a sixty-month period.

The completed Notice of Intention to Bid and Application to Bid must be filed by each prospective bidder with the Director of Budget and Fiscal Services at the Office of the Division of Purchasing on or before, 4:00 p.m., December 5, 2006.

Forms of notice of intention to bid, application to bid, proposal and specifications may be obtained from said Office of the Division of Purchasing upon application for Proposal Document No. 99077.
