ORDINANCE AMENDMENT—2006/Z-5(JS) THE QUEEN’S MEDICAL CENTER

Applicant/Landowner: The Queen’s Medical Center
Location: The Hawaii Capital District: 1410 Miller, 510 and 550 S. Beretania, 1236 and 1250 Lauhala, 1329, 1336 and 1380 Lusitana Streets
TAX MAP KEYS: Zone Change: 2-1-18: 48 and 2-1-35: 3 (portion),
5, 7 and 8
LUO Amendment: 2-1-18: 48; 2-1-35: 1, 3-10;

Existing Zoning: A-2 Medium Density Apartment District and B-2

height limits from 100 feet to 130 feet and from 65 feet
to 45 feet, and to reduce the open space requirements
within the district.

Location: 548 Kapahulu Avenue, Honolulu
TAX MAP KEYS: 2-7-36: 4 and 16
Existing Use: Two (2) small parking lots and a small vacant area
Existing Zoning: R-5 Residential District
Land Area: Approximately 0.56 acres or 24,407 square-feet
REQUEST: Change in zoning from R-5 Residential District to the
B-2 Community Business District
