NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of a public hearing to be held by the Hawaii Community Development Authority (HCDA), State of Hawaii, under the provisions of Chapters 16 and 22, Title 15, Hawaii Administrative Rules, December 6, 2006, at 9:00 a.m., Suite 1000, 677 Ala Moana Boulevard, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813 or as soon thereafter as those interested may be heard to consider the following item.
Keola Lai by A&B Kakaako LLC (Permittee). The Keola Lai (Project) is a residential/commercial high-rise complex located at 600 Queen Street. The Project is a 42-story structure with 352 residential units, 10,890 square feet of commercial space and 697 parking spaces. The Permittee is requesting a modification to its Planned Development Permit (PD 1-05) to allow four encroachments of the view corridors along Queen Street on the fifth level, and along South Street on the fourth and fifth levels.
Copies of the public hearing item are available for inspection during regular business hours at the HCDA office, 677 Ala Moana Boulevard, Suite 1001, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813, or will be mailed to anyone requesting a copy, after payment has been made for copying and postage costs. Written testimonies can be submitted to HCDA at the above address on or before the date of the public hearing. Oral testimonies can be presented by signing up at the time of the public hearing. Speakers are requested to submit 20 copies of their written statements to the address above or via email to contact@hcdaweb.org or by facsimile at 587-8150.
