NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to chapter 91, Hawaii Revised Statutes, the Department of Health, State of Hawaii, will hold a Public hearing at the below referenced times and places to allow the public to comment on the proposed Child and Adolescent Mental Health Division Strategic Plan for 2007-2010. The strategic plan purposes the following priority areas:
1. Decrease stigma and improve access to care.
2. Implement a comprehensive resource management program.
3. Implement a comprehensive workforce development program.
4. Strengthen performance management practice throughout the system.
5. Develop and monitor s strategic financial plan.
6. Develop a strategic information technology program.
7. Implement and monitor a strategic personnel management plan.
All interested parties are invited to attend and present their views orally or in writing. Written comment may also be sent to Ms. Christina Donkervoet, Chief, Child and Adolescent Mental Health Division, 3627 Kilauea Ave, Room 101, Honolulu, Hawaii 96816, within 30 days of this notice.
