REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
RFP No. HTH 07-DBC-01

The State of Hawaii, Department of Health (DOH), Solid Waste Branch, is soliciting a Request For Proposal (RFP) for qualified education and outreach services to develop, coordinate, and manage a state-wide recycling education effort though an interactive resource guide and musical theater performance for PreK-6th grade students for the Deposit Beverage Container (DBC) Program. Specific criteria are listed in the RFP.

The RFP will be available beginning Friday, October 6, 2006 at 919 Ala Moana Blvd., Suite 212, Honolulu, Hawaii 96814, or on the following website: http://www4.hawaii.gov/bidapps/ShowBids.cfm

Proposal submittal deadline is Friday, October 27, 2006.

A RFP orientation session will be held Monday, October 16, 2006, at 10a.m., at the DOH offices, 919 Ala Moana Blvd. Rm. 215, Honolulu, HI 96814. All prospective applicants are encouraged and attend and/or contact DOH as a potential offeror.
