NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the following matter, among others, to be considered by the Planning Commission of the County of Hawaii in accordance with the provisions of Chapters 91 and 92, Hawaii Revised Statutes, Section 6-4.3 of the Charter of the County of Hawaii, and the Planning Commission\u2019s Rules of Practice and Procedure.

Discussion and action on the Hearing Officer\u2019s report on a Special Management Area (SMA) Use Permit to allow the construction of an additional single family dwelling with related improvements, including upgrading of existing structures. The property is located along the north side of Ehukai Street, adjacent to the Sheraton Keauhou Bay Resort & Spa complex, Keauhou 2nd, North Kona, Hawaii, TMK: 7-8-12: 1 and 57.
Maps showing the general locations and boundaries of the area under consideration and/or plans of the proposed development are on file and open to inspection during office hours at the Planning Department, Aupuni Center, 101 Pauahi Street, Suite 3, Hilo, Hawaii and at the Kona office of the Planning Department, 75-5706 Kuakini Highway, Suite 109, Kailua-Kona, Hawaii.
