NOTICE FOR A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

The Deferred Compensation Committee (Committee) of the City and County of Honolulu is requesting proposals from 457 Deferred Compensation Plan for a bundled plan for City and County employees and retirees.

The electronic Request For Proposal (RFP) is downloadable from the www.sstbenefits.com website. From the home page, click on RFPs in the left column, then, click “City and County of Honolulu 457 RFP”. The Log On name is “Honolulu” and the password is “2007”.

Your written proposal must be received at the address below by 4:00 p.m. HST on Thursday, September 14, 2006. Proposals received after this date (even if they are postmarked before 4:00 p.m. on September 14, 2006) will not be considered. Honolulu reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals or any items or groups of items offered in response to this RFP. Honolulu reserves the right to negotiate the terms and conditions of the agreement.
