PUBLIC NOTICE
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) AND
HOME INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIPS (HOME) PROGRAMS

Pursuant to the City and County of Honolulu’s Citizen Participation Plan for the CDBG and HOME programs, the following is provided for your information. The following changes to project allocations are being proposed for implementation. Pacific Housing Assistance Corporation – Kapolei and Mutual Housing Association of Hawaii were Alternate Projects that are being funded with available HOME or CDBG funds; Volunteer Legal Services Hawaii – Project Visitation – PS is a separate project that was awarded CDBG funds and inadvertently combined with the Volunteer Legal Services Hawaii – PS project.

Project Title and Description: 1) Pacific Housing Assistance Corporation – Kapolei
Provision of funds for engineering and construction costs for a housing project that will be used by low- and very low- income seniors.

Provision of funds for the renovation of an existing second floor community center to accommodate existing and proposed learning center programs and to provide ADA accessibility.
