DUTIES: Plans, directs and coordinates the activities of the Operations Support Branch of the Board of Water Supply Information Technology Division and performs other related duties as required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
ß Education: Equivalent to graduation from an accredited college or university with major work in public or business administration, accounting, mathematics or a related field. Work experience may be substituted for a bachelors degree on a year-for-year basis.
ß Experience: Four years of experience in the analysis of operating practices, methods, and procedures, three of which shall have involved the conduct of feasibility studies and the analysis and design of systems for the electronic processing of data, and two of which shall have been in a supervisory capacity. A Masters degree in Computer Science or MIS will substitute for one of the required four years of professional data processing experience. There is no substitution for the supervisory experience.
DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE:
Three or more years of experience in planning, designing, implementing, managing, maintaining or supporting computer server and network systems.
