The HAWAII HOUSING FINANCE AND DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION (HHFDC) is requesting for proposals from qualified persons to serve as real estate development manager(s) to assist HHFDC in the development of its various affordable housing projects.

The objective of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to procure one or more experienced development management consultant(s) to provide management and administrative services necessary to assist HHFDC in facilitating and completing the development of affordable housing project(s), as assigned by HHFDC.

Copies of the RFP may be examined at HHFDC and parties may obtain a copy for a non-refundable amount of $10.00 which may be payable by cash or check. HHFDC offices are located at:
