HEALTH BENEFITS PROGRAM MANAGER
(Temporary, Exempt from Civil Service)

Supervise the day-to-day operations of the enrollment and customer service staff; plan, direct, coordinate and/or implement eligibility and operational policies, perform training and communications, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Min. requirements: Bachelor’s degree in public relations, journalism, communications, business, human resources management. 3-1/2 years of responsible administrative or analytical work experience involving: analysis, evaluation, development, and improvement of administrative functions; participation in studies to establish or improve operational policies, organizational structures, and work flow; and participation in fiscal management. One year of supervisory experience. Must be U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the U.S. Includes eligibility for health and retirement benefits, paid leaves, and paid holidays.
