NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Sealed bids will be accepted by the Director, Department of Budget and Fiscal Services, City and County of Honolulu, up to and publicly opened at 10:30 a.m., May 25, 2006, in the Bid Room, Division of Purchasing, Department of Budget and Fiscal Services, City Hall, for a five-year license to use a portion of City property located at the Kahaluu Sewage Pump Station, identified as Tax Map Key No. 4-7-011:16 (portion), Kahaluu, Koolaupoko, Oahu, Hawaii, for the installation and maintenance of a private sanitary sewer line servicing the Kahaluu View Center.
Written Notice of Intention to Bid must be filed by each prospective bidder with the Director, Department of Budget and Fiscal Services at the Division of Purchasing, on or before 4:00 p.m., May 18, 2006.
