EOC Operations and Threat Specialist
Responsible for the coordination of early warning activities in the State Emergency Operating Center, Honolulu, Hawaii. Duties include analysis of natural and man-made hazards that present potential or actual threats to the State of Hawaii and dissemination of bulletins and advisories to government organizations and to the general public.
Degree from an accredited college or university and 4 years of experience in emergency management, public safety, or crisis management. Must be willing to work in a shift work capacity, possess a valid State of Hawaii drivers license, and be a citizen of the United States. Must be able to obtain a security clearance.
