YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the Commissioner of Securities of the Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs, State of Hawaii, has filed for Non-Hearing Application for Judgment Enforcing Commissioners Final Order entered on May 5, 2005 with the Circuit Court of the First Circuit for the State of Hawaii.
Any response to said Non-Hearing Application must be in writing and shall be filed with the Circuit Court of the First Circuit for the State of Hawaii at 777 Punchbowl Street, Honolulu, Hawaii, 96813, no later than ten (10) days after April 30, 2006.
