Helping children receive their financial support is a critical mission of Hawaiis Child Support Enforcement Agency (CSEA), State Department of the Attorney General. Join the CSEA today in meeting its goal to completely staff a new, 15-person call-center/customer service unit in the Kapolei area to serve the entire state. This can be a challenging and meaningful opportunity for persons who care about helping children regarding their financial support. Candidates must meet civil service position requirements with acceptable substitutions. Ideal candidates are caring individuals who are problem solvers, possess excellent communications skills, are able to handle customers on the telephone, have basic computer skills, and are flexible. Hawaiis Child Support Enforcement Agency is a multi-government effort administered by the State of Hawaii Department of the Attorney General to collect child support from absent parents. The CSEA has a staff of support enforcement officers, investigators, accountants, attorneys, paralegals and other personnel who help establish and enforce orders to collect child support.
