NOTICE TO BIDDERS

SEALED TENDERS will be received up to and publicly opened at 10:30 a.m. May 1, 2006, in the Office of the Division of Purchasing, Department of Budget and Fiscal Services, City Hall, City and County of Honolulu, for the FOOD CONCESSION AT THE AQUATIC AND TENNIS CENTER AT CENTRAL OAHU REGIONAL PARK.
The completed Notice of Intention to Bid and Application to Bid must be filed be each prospective bidder with the Director of Budget and Fiscal Services at the Office of the Division of Purchasing on or before, 4:00 p.m., April 17, 2006.
Forms of notice of intention to bid, application to bid, proposal and specifications may be obtained from said Office of the Division of Purchasing upon application for Proposal Document No. 99072.
