REQUEST FOR DESIGN-BUILD
PROPOSALS

The Waianae Coast Comprehensive Health Center (WCCHC) is requesting proposals from design-build firms for the design and construction of the Native Hawaiian & Integrated Practices Training Center Project of approximately 3,100 square feet. The new facility will be used as a medical office and training facility for traditional Hawaiian healing and integrated practices. This Design-Build RFP is issued under the provisions of the Department of Housing and Urban Development, United States of America and its Administrative Rules and Regulations and the State of Hawaii and its Administrative Rules and Regulations. All elements specified in the RFP under the “Scope of Services” must meet the requirements of the cited authorities.

Design-Build Proposals must be received by WCCHC no later than 4:30 p.m., Hawaii time, April 17, 2006. Any proposal received beyond this date will not be reviewed. Interested design-build firms may pick up the RFP at WCCHC Administration Portable, located at 86-260 Farrington Hwy., Waianae, HI 96792. Interested firms may also request the RFP to be mailed by calling 696-1508 or request an electronic copy via email: ganduha@wcchc.com.
