Road Maintenance Division Halawa. Field and office work in processing stream maintenance permits/notifications; advises field operations in best management practices of maintenance activities; investigates drainage complaints; assist in expanding GIS applications; research and design review.
Chief Engineers Office Kapolei. Facilitates/oversees engineering program support; guides planning, development, maintenance of comprehensive department facility system/ services program; provides interagency coordination of department engineering and other program services; manages civil defense program.
