TO VARIOUS DEPARTMENTS OF THE
COUNTY OF MAUI
Specifications and Offer Form may be obtained at the Division of Purchasing, Department of Finance, located on the sixth (6th) floor of the County Building. The Director of Finance reserves the right to accept or reject any and all offers.
Bidders are required to comply with the newest procurement code, HRS, Chapter 103-D, any rules and regulations and policy directives issued with respect to Chapter 103-D and any amendments thereof.
A Pre-Bid Conference shall be held on Tuesday, February 28, 2006, at 3:00 p.m., in the Conference Room of the Department of Personnel Services, 200 S. High Street, County Building, 6th Floor, Wailuku, Maui, Hawaii. Interested parties are encouraged to attend.
