The following Ordinances passed Final Reading at the meeting held by the Council of the City and County of Honolulu on January 25, 2006 and were subsequently approved by the Mayor:
Ordinance 06-01 – [Bill 69 (2005), CD2, FD1] – A Bill for an Ordinance relating to the Executive Operating Budget and Program for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2005 to June 30, 2006. Executive Operating Budget Ordinance Amendment No. 1.
AYES: Councilmembers Apo, Cachola, Dela Cruz, Djou, Garcia, Kobayashi, Marshall, Okino, Tam. – 9.
Approved/Effective: February 8, 2006.

Ordinance 06-02 – [Bill 76 (2005), CD1, FD1] – A Bill for an Ordinance relating to the naming of city parks, sites and facilities.
AYES: Councilmembers Cachola, Dela Cruz, Djou, Garcia, Kobayashi, Marshall, Okino, Tam. – 8.
EXCUSED: Councilmember Apo. – 1.
Approved/Effective: February 8, 2006 and shall be repealed on July 31, 2006.

Ordinance 06-03 – [Bill 79 (2005), CD1, FD1] – A Bill for an Ordinance relating to the Executive Capital Budget and Program for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2005 to June 30, 2006, Amendment No. 1.
AYES: Councilmembers Apo, Dela Cruz, Djou, Garcia, Kobayashi, Marshall, Okino, Tam. – 8.
EXCUSED: Councilmember Cachola. – 1.
