ON-CALL HAZARDOUS MATERIALS ASSESSMENT
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONTRACT
REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS NO. RFQ-HRT-1113907

The Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transportation (HART) is seeking professional services to provide on-call hazardous materials services for the Honolulu Rail Transit Project (HRTP) in the areas of Hazardous Materials Plans, Hazardous Materials Reporting, Hazardous Materials identification (including sampling, screening of removed materials, waste characterization, laboratory analysis, and field assessment), and other related technical and engineering services. Under this contract, the Contractor will provide project management services, project administration services, and services related to impacts to the public, HART, the City and County of Honolulu, and other stakeholders.

Statements of Qualifications in response to this Request for Qualifications are due no later than 2:00pm HST, July 24, 2017 at the HART Project Office, 1099 Alakea Street, Suite 1700, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813.
