The NASA Infrared Telescope Facility, owned by NASA and operated by the University of Hawaii’s Institute for Astronomy, is seeking general contractors for the purpose of repairing the surface and re-coating of the telescope dome.

The Research Corporation of the University of Hawaii (RCUH), on behalf of the University of Hawaii’s Institute for Astronomy, has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit proposals from Offerors who wish to be considered. The Contract will be issued and administered as a Construction Contract with the RCUH. The RFP # is 59D-1.
