Bill 20: Amends Ordinance No. 16-72, as Amended, the Operating Budget for the County of Hawai’i for the Fiscal Year Ending June 30, 2017. Increases revenues in the Elderly Recreation Services (ERS) Section Activities account ($40,000); and appropriates the same to the ERS Section Activities account for a total of $150,000. AYES: Council Members Chung, David,
Kanuha, Lee Loy, O’Hara, Poindexter, Richards, Ruggles, and Acting Chair Eoff – 9; NOES: None; ABSENT: None; EXCUSED: None.

Bill 21: Amends Ordinance No. 16-72, as Amended, the Operating Budget for the County of Hawai’i for the Fiscal Year Ending June 30, 2017. Appropriates revenues in the Federal Grants – Walk with Ease Program account ($2,500); and appropriates the same to the Walk with Ease Program account. AYES: Council Members Chung, David, Kanuha, Lee Loy, O’Hara, Poindexter, Richards, Ruggles, and Acting Chair Eoff – 9; NOES: None; ABSENT: None; EXCUSED: None.
