YOU ARE NOTIFIED that the Board of Massage Therapy will conduct a hearing in accordance with Hawaii Revised Statutes (hereafter “HRS”) Chapters 91, 436B and 452 to determine whether or not Jason Robert Myhre’s massage therapist license should be revoked, suspended, or otherwise disciplined, and, whether monetary fines and any other relief authorized by law, should be imposed against him and/or his massage therapist’s license. The Petition For Disciplinary Action Against Massage Therapist License, filed with the Office of Administrative Hearings on or about January 3, 2017, alleges violations of the provisions of HRS Chapters 436B and 452, and, of Hawaii Administrative Rules Chapter 16-89.
The HEARING will be conducted on April 25, 2017 at 9:00 a.m. in a hearings room at the Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs, 335 Merchant Street, Suite 100, Honolulu, Hawaii.
