TO: STEWART BUILDERS, LLC and TROY C. STEWART also known as TROY CLIFFORD STEWART

YOU ARE NOTIFIED that the Contractors License Board will conduct a hearing in accordance with Hawaii Revised Statutes (hereafter “HRS”) Chapters 91, 436B and 444 to determine whether or not STEWART BUILDERS, LLC and/or TROY C. STEWART also known as TROY CLIFFORD STEWART’s contractors’ licenses should be revoked, suspended, or otherwise disciplined, and, whether monetary fines and any other relief authorized by law, should be imposed against them and/or their contractors’ licenses. The Petition For Disciplinary Action Against Contractors’ Licenses, filed with the Office of Administrative Hearings on or about August 11, 2016, alleges violations of the provisions of HRS Chapters 436B and 444, and, of Hawaii Administrative Rules Chapter 16-89.
The HEARING will be conducted on June 19, 2017 at 9:00 a.m. in a hearings room at the Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs, 335 Merchant Street, Suite 100, Honolulu, Hawaii.
