WATER NOTICE
AFFECTED AREA: CONSUMERS ALONG HAWI-NIULI’I ROAD BETWEEN KAPA’AU ROAD AND ’AINAKEA ROAD INCLUDING KAPA’AU ROAD, HOSPITAL ROAD, THE ENTIRE ’AINAKEA VILLAGE SUBDIVISION, AND ALL SIDE ROADS AND LANES; KAPA’AU, NORTH KOHALA, HAWAI’I
The Department of Water Supply will be conducting a fire hydrant flow test at the corner of Hawi-Niuli’i Road and Hospital Road on Tuesday, February 28, 2017, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.
The affected area may experience slight discolored and turbid water for several hours after the test. Customers are advised to refrain from washing clothes and to store a container of water for their drinking needs until the supply of water is restored to normal.
Please pardon this temporary inconvenience. Should you experience any unusual problems during or after the flushing period, please call Andrew Higa, District Supervisor II, at 887-3030.
