The Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transportation (HART) is seeking legal services in support of HART in matters dealing with the Public Utilities Commission (PUC).

Proposals in response to this Request for Sealed Proposals are due no later than 2:00 p.m. HST, March 15, 2017 at the HART Project Office, 1099 Alakea Street, Suite 1700, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813.
