Bill 3: Amends Ordinance No. 16-72, as Amended, the Operating Budget for the County of Hawai’i for the Fiscal Year Ending June 30, 2017. Increases revenues in the Federal Grants – State Homeland Security Program Fiscal Year 16 account ($200,000); and appropriates the same to the State Homeland Security Program Fiscal Year 16 account. AYES: Council Members David, Eoff, Kanuha, Lee Loy, O’Hara, Richards, Ruggles, and Chair Poindexter – 8; NOES: None; ABSENT: Council Member Chung – 1; EXCUSED: None.
