The Agency has received certificate of need application #16-04 for standard review from Healthcare of Paradise Retirement Hawaii LLC dba Interim Healthcare for the establishment of Home Health Agency services at 1833 Kalakaua Ave., Suite 107, Honolulu, HI, at a capital cost of $29,832. Application reviews are scheduled as follows:
