NOTICE OF HEARING
TO: ATLANTICA K.V. TANUVASA
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that, pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes (hereafter “HRS”) Chapters 91; 92; 436B; 454 (repealed) see 2010 Haw. Sess. Laws Ch. 84 §§ 29, 38 and 35; and 467 the Mortgage Broker and Solicitor Program and the Real Estate Commission will conduct hearings in consolidated cases MBS 2010-18-L and REC 2010-237-L. Pursuant to law one hearing for both cases will occur to determine whether your mortgage solicitor’s and real estate salesperson’s licenses should be revoked, suspended, or otherwise disciplined, and, whether monetary fines, restitution, costs of service by publication and any other relief authorized by law should be imposed. The Petition(s) For Disciplinary Action for both cases were filed with the Office of Administrative Hearings on or around 3/8/16 and they alleges facts and violations, by you, of the provisions of HRS Chapters 436B, 454 and/or 467 and/or any related administrative rules.
The HEARING will be conducted on June 16, 2016 at 9:00 a.m. The HEARING will take place in a hearings room at the Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs, 335 Merchant Street, Suite 100, Honolulu, Hawaii.
