NOTICE OF REPEAL OF ADMINISTRATIVE RULES
The Department of the Attorney General will repeal Hawaii Administrative Rules chapter 5-22, entitled “Civil Identification” thirty days from the date this Notice is published.
Chapter 5-22, “Civil Identification,” is being repealed because it is no longer necessary and is null and void due to the adoption of chapter 19-149, Hawaii Administrative Rules, the Department of Transportation’s civil identification rules, which took effect on March 23, 2014.
Chapter 5-22 may be reviewed in person at the Hawaii Criminal Justice Data Center, 465 South King Street, Room 102, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813, Monday through Friday, except holidays, beginning on October 5, 2015, through November 3, 2015, between the hours of 7:45am and 4:30pm.
In addition, the full text of the chapter proposed to be repealed may be viewed and downloaded free of charge from the Department of the Attorney General website: www.hawaii.gov/ag/main/publications/admin_rules.
Interested persons may petition the Hawaii Criminal Justice Data Center regarding the chapter proposed to be repealed pursuant to section 91-6, Hawaii Revised Statutes.
