The Agency has received certificate of need application #15-08 for standard review from Hualalai Health, LLC for the establishment of a 160 bed Skilled Nursing Facility at 75-323 Hualalai Road, Kailua-Kona, HI, at a capital cost of $28,255,000. Application reviews are scheduled as follows:

September 17, 2015, Certificate of Need Review Panel, 9:00 a.m., State Office Tower (Leiopapa) Building, 235 South Beretania Street, Room 204, Honolulu, Hawaii;
September 24, 2015, Statewide Health Coordinating Council, 1:00 p.m., State Office Tower (Leiopapa) Building, 235 South Beretania Street, Room 204, Honolulu, Hawaii.
