Section 1. Chapter 15 of the ROH 1990, as amended, is hereby further amended in the following particulars:

a. By amending Schedule I of Sec. 15-6.2(a) establishing traffic signals (City) by adding thereto the following items:

“Hoaeae St-Waipahu St.”

“Komo Mai Dr-Nahele St.”

b. By amending Schedule V of Sec. 15-7.2(b)(3) establishing speed limit–25 mph by adding thereto the following items:

“Kelakela St., for its entire length.”

“Kuaaina Wy., for its entire length.”

“Old Government Rd., for its entire length.”

c. By amending Schedule XIV of Sec. 15-11.3 establishing stop intersections in the following particulars:

1. By adding thereto the following items:

“Hoolu St-Kelakela St. Traffic on Hoolu St. shall stop before entering Kelakela St.”

“Kelakela Pl-Kelakela St. Traffic on Kelakela Pl. shall stop before entering Kelakela St.”

“Kelakela St-Ukuwai St. Traffic on Kelakela St. shall stop before entering Ukuwai St.”

“Kuaaina Wy-Oneawa St. Traffic on Kuaaina Wy. shall stop before entering Oneawa St.

Ukuwai St-Kelakela St. Traffic on Ukuwai St. shall stop before entering Kelakela St.”

d. By amending Schedule XXII of Sec. 15-14.5(a) establishing prohibited parking certain areas in the following particulars:

1. By adding thereto the following items:

“Hoaeae St., Ewa side, distance 65’ mauka direction from the mauka curb prolongation of Waipahu St.”

“Kelekela Pl., both sides, for its entire length and including its turnaround area.”

“Kelekela St., within its turnaround area.”

“Komo Mai Dr., makai side, distance 95’ Ewa direction from the Ewa curb prolongation of Nahele St.”

Komo Mai Dr., makai side, distance 125’ Ewa direction from the Ewa curb prolongation of Kaahumanu St.”

“Komo Mai Dr., mauka side, distance 110’ Ewa direction from the Ewa curb prolongation of Kaahumanu St.”

“Komo Mai Dr., mauka side, distance 100’ Koko Head direction from the Koko Head curb prolongation of Nahele St.”

“Nahele St., western side, between Kiawe St. and Komo Mai Dr.”

2. By amending thereto the following items:

Ala Wai Blvd., odd-numbered side, distance 90’ makai direction from the makai curb prolongation of Kalakaua Ave.; to read:

“Ala Wai Blvd., odd-numbered side, distance 60’ makai direction from the makai curb prolongation of Kalakaua Ave.”

Komo Mai Dr., mauka side, distance 20’ Koko Head of Koko Head curb prolongation of Kaahumanu St.; to read:

“Komo Mai Dr., mauka side, distance 305’ Koko Head direction from the Koko Head curb prolongation of Kaahumanu St.”

Ukuwai St., within its northwest turnaround area; to read:

“Ukuwai St., eastern side, from the northern curb prolongation of Kelakela St., to and including its turnaround area.”

3. By deleting therefrom the following item:

“Komo Mai Dr., mauka side, distance 48’ Ewa direction from the driveway of 98-1061 Komo Mai Dr. (Hillside Terrace One).”

e. By amending Schedule XXIV of Sec. 15-15.1(d) establishing curb loading zones by deleting therefrom subsection (b) freight loading zone the following item:

“Waialae Ave., mauka side, distance 43’ Koko Head direction from a point 126’ Koko Head of the Koko Head curb prolongation of 9th Ave., 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday to Friday; 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Saturday.”

Section 2. This schedule is hereby attached to and made a part of Article VI hereof and shall take effect ten (10) working days after its publication.
