PUBLIC NOTICE
INTENTION TO DIRECT LEASE

Pursuant to Sections 171-16(c) and 171-43.1, Hawaii Revised Statutes, the Board of Land and Natural Resources hereby gives notice of its intent to lease, without recourse to public auction, approximately 2.43 acres of State lands to the Hawaii Conference Foundation for landscape and church purposes situated at Puako, South Kohala, Hawaii; and, identified as Tax Map Key: (3) 6-9-002:007, 008, 009 & 010. This lease will be for a period of 65-years at an annual rent of $480.00.

Information related to this proposed direct lease may be reviewed during office hours at the Department of Land and Natural Resources, Land Division, 75 Aupuni Street, Room #204, Hilo, Hawaii; and, at the offices of the Land Division on the Islands of Oahu, Maui and Kauai.
