3. Resolution 15-183 – Relating to the appointment of Malama Minn to serve on the Liquor Commission of the City and County of Honolulu.
4. Resolution 15-184 – Relating to the appointment of Bryan P. Andaya to serve on the Board of Water Supply of the City and County of Honolulu.

9. Resolution 15-75 – Relating to the nomination of Gary K. Nakata to serve as the
Director of Community Services of the City and County of Honolulu.
10. Resolution 15-96 – Relating to the nomination of Guy H. Kaulukukui to serve as the Director of Enterprise Services of the City and County of Honolulu.
11. Bill 5 (2014) – Relating to fireworks. (Amending the regulation of fireworks within the City and County of Honolulu.)
12. Bill 44 – Relating to public pedestrian malls in the Downtown and Chinatown areas. (Prohibiting, subject to exceptions, persons from sitting or lying on public malls in the Downtown Honolulu and Chinatown areas.)
13. Bill 45 – Relating to baby diaper-changing accommodations. (Addressing the provision of baby diaper-changing accommodations for certain establishments and uses.)
14. Bill 46 – Relating to city-owned streams. (Regulating City-owned streams or portions thereof.)
15. Bill 47, CD1 – Relating to public sidewalks. (Amending the law relating to sitting or lying on public sidewalks in areas zoned for commercial and business activities.)
16. Bill 48, CD1 – Relating to public sidewalks. (Amending the law relating to sitting or lying on public sidewalks in areas zoned for commercial and business activities.)
SPEAKER REGISTRATION
Prior to the Day of the Meeting
Persons wishing to speak are requested to register by 4:30 p.m., Tuesday, July 7, 2015, using the On-Line Council Speaker Registration form available at http://www.honolulu.gov/ccl-testimony-form.html, or by sending a fax indicating your desire to speak, along with your name, phone number and subject matter to 768-3826, or by calling 768-3825.
On-site on the Day of the Meeting
On-site registration for the above-mentioned public hearing items will be from
9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
Persons who have not registered to testify by 10:00 a.m. will be given an opportunity to present oral testimony on an item following the registered speakers by raising their hand at the time additional speakers are called upon.
Each speaker shall not have anyone else read their statement and is limited to a
three-minute presentation.
WRITTEN TESTIMONY – Prior to the Day of the Meeting
Written testimony may be faxed to 768-3826 or transmitted via the internet at http://www.honolulu.gov/ccl-testimony-form.html for distribution at the meeting. 15 copies are requested if written testimony is submitted on-site.
If submitted, written testimonies, including the testifier’s address, e-mail address and phone number, may be posted by the City Clerk and available to the public on the City’s DocuShare Website. By submitting written testimony, you are not automatically registered to speak. Refer to “SPEAKER REGISTRATION” procedures above.
