Section 1. Chapter 15 of the ROH 1990, as amended, is hereby further amended in the following particulars:

a. By amending Schedule I of Sec. 15-6.2(a) establishing traffic signals (City) by adding thereto the following item:

“Kaimakani St-Ulune St.”

b. By amending Schedule V of Sec. 15-7.2(b)(3) establishing speed limit–25 mph by adding thereto the following items:

“Kaimakani St., for its entire length.”

“Lumikula St., for its entire length.”

c. By amending Schedule XIV of Sec. 15-11.3 establishing stop intersections in the following particulars:

1. By adding thereto the following items:

“Kaimakani St-Moanalua Rd (State). Traffic on Kaimakani St. shall stop before entering Moanalua Rd. (State).”

“Lumikuke Lp-Lumikula St. Traffic on Lumikuke Lp. shall stop before entering Lumikula St.”

“Lumikuke Pl-Lumikuke Lp. Traffic on Lumikuke Pl. shall stop before entering Lumikuke Lp.”

“Moua St-Farrington Hwy. Traffic on Moua St. shall stop before entering Farrington Hwy.”

2. By deleting therefrom the following items:

“Kaimakani St-Ulune St. Traffic on Kaimakani St. shall stop before entering Ulune St.”

“Lumikele Pl-Lumikele Lp. Traffic on Lumikele Pl. shall stop before entering Lumikele Lp.”

Lumikele Lp-Lumikula St. Traffic on Lumikele Lp. shall stop before entering Lumikula St.”

d. By amending Schedule XIX of Sec. 15-13.9(a)(6) establishing tow zones–AM/PM Peak by deleting therefrom the following item:

“Alapai St., Koko Head side, between Beretania and Kinau Sts.”

e. By amending Schedule XXI of Sec. 15-13.9(a)(8) establishing tow zones–specified times in the following particulars:

1. By adding thereto the following items:

“South King St. mauka side, between Kealamakai St. and Ward Ave., 6:30 to
8:30 a.m. and 3:30 to 6:30 p.m. Monday to Friday except Saturdays, Sundays and State holidays and except for portions listed under Schedule 20.”

“South King St., mauka side, between Ward Ave. and Sheridan St., 3:30 to
6:30 p.m., Monday to Friday except Saturdays, Sundays and State holidays and except for portions listed under Schedule 20.”

2. By deleting therefrom the following item:

“South King St., mauka side, between Alapai and Sheridan Sts., 3:30 to 6:30 p.m. except Saturdays, Sundays and State holidays and except for portions listed under Schedule 20.”

f. By amending Schedule XXII of Sec. 15-14.5(a) establishing prohibited parking certain areas in the following particulars:

1. By adding thereto the following items:

“Kaimakani St., Koko Head side, distance 50’ mauka direction from the mauka curb prolongation of Moanalua Rd.”

“Kaimakani St., Koko Head side, distance 560’ mauka direction from a point 50’ mauka of the mauka curb prolongation of Moanalua Rd., 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. school days only.”

2. By amending thereto the following items:

Maalo St., mauka side, between Kamehameha Hwy. and Kilani Ave.; to read:

“Maalo St., eastern side, distance 76’ southerly direction from the southeastern curb prolongation of Kamehameha Hwy.”

Pahoa Ave., mauka side, distance 125’ Koko Head direction from the Koko Head curb prolongation of 6th Ave.; to read:

“Pahoa Ave., mauka side, distance 142’ Koko Head direction from the Koko Head curb prolongation of 6th Ave.”

3. By deleting therefrom the following item:

“Kaimakani St., Honolulu side, from a point 95’ makai of the mauka property line of Aiea Elementary School grounds and in the makai direction to Moanalua Rd., during hours of 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. school days only.”

g. By amending Schedule XXVII of Sec. 15-17.1 establishing official crosswalks in the following particulars:

1. By adding thereto the following item:

“Kaimakani St., 10’ wide, 480’ mauka of the mauka curb prolongation of Moanalua Rd.”

2. By deleting therefrom the following items:

“Kaimakani St., 10’ wide, centerline 405’ mauka of makai property line of Aiea Elementary School.”

“Kaimakani St., at Aiea School.”

Section 2. This schedule is hereby attached to and made a part of Article VI hereof and shall take effect ten (10) working days after its publication.
