NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED LAND USE
WITHIN THE CONSERVATION DISTRICT

The Department of Land and Natural Resources (DLNR), State of Hawai’i, pursuant to Chapter 183C, Hawai’i Revised Statutes (HRS), will hold a public hearing in Kihei, Maui on:
Tuesday, July 14, 2015 at 6:00 PM at the Kihei Community Center located at 303 E. Lipoa Street, Main Hall
to receive testimony on Conservation District Use Application (CDUA) MA-3746 for the Proposed Above Ground Water Line located along Makena-Keone’o’io Road, Kihei to service a property identified as Tax Map Key: (2) 2-1-004:068. A copy of the CDUA is available for review at the following locations: online at dlnr.hawaii.gov/occl/current-applications/; at the Office of Conservation and Coastal Lands, located at the Kalanimoku Building Room 131, 1151 Punchbowl Street in Honolulu; at the Kihei Public Library; and at the DLNR-Maui District Land Office located at 54 High St., Room 101 in Wailuku.
Any person may testify or present information on the application. Disabled individuals planning to attend the hearing are asked to contact Lauren Yasaka of the DLNR’s Office of Conservation and Coastal Lands at (808) 587-0377 at least five days in advance of the public hearing to indicate if they have special needs which require accommodation.
